Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing department in Baker City, Nevada. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing an innovative social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engaging our community, and driving sales through social media channels.
About the Role:
As the Social Media Manager at Amazon, your core duties will include:

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media to ensure Amazon remains a leader in digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media plan.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Prototype and test new social media features and advertising formats for efficacy.
- Train and mentor junior staff on social media best practices.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content.
